  • Organize and direct activities encompassing warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.

Access & affordability lead is responsible for the full range of activities and deliverables to obtain and maintain Market Access, Reimbursement and affordability for Pfizer’s products. This may include leading a team on the development and execution of access strategies, alignment and integration of global and local country commercial and access strategies and coordination and delivery of key value propositions to external payer customers and influencers.
This is a customer facing role (70% of effort will be customer facing) with an extension of market access, engaging with national drug list and reimbursement committee, payer and/or institutions involved in public access and other key stakeholders to deliver value-based messages, in accordance with Pakistan Regulatory framework, of Pfizer medicines and enhance access through patient assistance programs, affordability programs and innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.
This role will lead the experienced health access specialists’ team, with highly developed technical skills, a deep knowledge of the existing and evolving reimbursement system and health policies as well as good business acumen.
The role is responsible for developing and advancing long-term relationships with non-traditional customers and emerging payors and other stakeholders involved in market access for Pfizer medicines and vaccines, including engagement at the executive level of payor organisations. To communicate the value of the Pfizer portfolio, to meet evolving payor needs and interest, and to identify new opportunities for increased and innovative value-based partnership across Pfizer portfolio.
The role works closely with other colleagues in marketing, medical, pricing, public affairs, patient experience, medical and commercial, to ensure a cross-functional approach that is aligned in both strategy and implementation.
The role requires a high level of competency in literacy (written and verbal communication) and numeracy skills, a comprehensive knowledge of health systems and medicines funding policy and decision making, and an ability to understand and synthesize highly complex information and data.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
