We are looking for Email and Chat Support Executives to assist our customers with problems related to our products. (This is an Office Based Position)

Email and Chat Support Executives responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through Emails and Chats. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with Chat software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers

Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

Inform customers about new features and functionalities

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Requirements and skills:

Experience as an Email/Chat Support Agent or similar CSR role

Familiarity with the real estate domain is a plus

Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

Understanding of how CRM systems work

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Multi-tasking abilities

Patience when handling tough cases

Bachelors degree in any field

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist (Remote) to take the lead on our email marketing strategies. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for global email strategy and regular outreach for us. Working closely with leaders from different departments, the Email Marketing Specialist designs and executes all email marketing campaigns to grow the company’s brand awareness, engagement, and influence for prospects and clients alike.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is creative, data-driven, highly collaborative and thrives in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment. The role reports to our Lead Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing Specialist will work with company leadership to create, execute, support, and measure all email marketing and manage the email communications calendar.

Manage email requests from departments across the company and ensure they go through the proper approval and testing process, while ensuring timely communication with prospects and clients.

Collaborate with other members of the marketing department to optimize content and ensure communications adhere to email standards, best practices, and are GDPR compliant.

Build new email designs and templates in CSS/HTML based on creative team requirements. QA, test all elements and flag inconsistencies in new and existing email templates, support meeting brand standards while maximizing cross-device performance and accessibility.

Track, monitor, and report on all email analytics—number of meetings booked and opportunities created, A/B Test performance, open rates, click through, delivery, bounce, unsubscribes, and more. Use UTM’s and analytics to recommend strategic next steps.

Modify and create HTML messages with pre-built templates and request custom graphics when needed.

Work with marketing operations manager to build accurate lists and segments to deploy emails using email marketing software (ActiveCampaign).

Provide support to the team on other marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

2+ years of proven email management experience required
Fluent English speaking and writing required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or a related field required

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting.

Proficient in using email scheduling and monitoring tools and Microsoft suite

Knowledge of marketing automation tools, especially ActiveCampaign, experience required

Strong experience working in an enterprise CRM platform building single and multi-step email marketing campaigns

General knowledge of copywriting best practices, engagement metrics and Google Analytics

Experience with identifying a target audience and building marketing campaigns to grab their attention and elicit desired action

Strong project management and analytical skills

Ability to multi-task and quickly pivot

A user-centric mindset and a history of building trust among users
